Teaching Logan Kids to Swim

The Wardrop family is making a splash in Logan at Seahorse Swim School. With over 23 years of experience in teaching children to swim, Jeremy, Stacey and their two daughters  provide private, intimate and professional swimming lessons for all ages so that we can all be safe in the water.

Swimming is an important skill for all Australians to have, to enjoy our beautiful beaches and go for a dip in the pool when it gets a tad too hot in the summer time. It is particularly important to teach our kids to swim from a young age and this is exactly why Seahorse Swim School provides lessons for kids from as young as 3 months of age.

“It is extremely important for children to learn to swim. It doesn’t matter what culture you come from; kids need to be safe in the water.” Says Stacey.

What sets Seahorse Swim School apart from other swim schools is the Ozone treatment they use instead of chlorine. There are a range of benefits of swimming in magnesium and Ozone treated water as opposed to chlorine including alleviating aches and pains, and soothing your skin.

This was particularly important to the Wardrop family when starting their business as one of their daughters suffered from eczema and chlorine would exacerbate her condition.

Magnesium water is also more suitable for younger children than chlorine, being gentler on their skin and allowing them to have fun in the water without the sore eyes!

“We feel that children would really benefit from learning to swim in water which is kinder to their health than chlorine-treated water.” Added Stacey.

So come make a splash at Seahorse Swim School where you can be assured you and your family will be in good hands!
